Visit to Newbury Basingstoke

Excellent service from Newbury Basingstoke to help open a savings account and transfer funds. Advice from Ken was extremely helpful to determine right account to suit needs with terms and conditions fully explained. Selected account was set up efficiently and without any hassle. Cannot fault service received with knowledgeable and very helpful staff throughout branch. Reviewed on: 31st May 2024

Aid to savings account selection

Attended an appointment at the Basingstoke branch to discuss opening savings account. Staff were extremely pleasant and explained in great detail the possible options and relevant information to allow me to make an educated choice. Reviewed on: 26th April 2024
