Easy Society to deal with.

Contacting the Society is easy in case of any queries, either by email or phone, and everything is very efficiently handled. One small "eyebrow raise" is that maturity instructions for fixed rate bonds can't be dealt with online, and paperwork is sent out about 2 weeks before maturity. If you might be going away on a 3+ week trip abroad, say, that might be "awkward" and trigger an unwanted automatic re-investment into a new, similar account purely because you weren't able to pick up any snail-mail! In terms of the maturity mailing, yes this is a manual process and if you miss the mailing due to not being present, we offer an extended cooling off period so you're able to invest in the account you desire.
