On first contact...i felt embarrassed and ashamed of myself..but knew i had to do something..on phoning them, they were understanding and asked me questions regarding my situation.ans were also able answer my questions too... Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Just phone them. Don’t wait.

Well I was very ashamed to be in the debt situation..so it was difficult to make the move, and once I had I found all the staff very helpful indeed.Totally put my mind at rest, and there was no judgement. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
