StepChange Charity - Outstanding Support

StepChange Charity provided me with outstanding support during a very difficult financial period in my life. From the very first conversation, their team was professional, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. They took the time to carefully listen to my situation, explain all of my options clearly, and help me create a realistic plan to regain control of my finances. What impressed me most was how compassionate and patient they were throughout the entire process.
