I was in such a financial mess when, at my age, I should be settled. Stepchange help me through the mess and basically sorted everything out without me having to talk to my creditors. They helped draw up my budget and even though a felt embarrassed saying how much I owed, the person on the end of the telephone was so sympathetic and really made me feel at ease. Since starting my plan they have continued to support me. Speak to Stepchange first before it becomes a bigger problem Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
