Amazing customer service

I was continually struggling with trying to make even minimum payments on my credit cards.i entered everything I could think of that I needed to pay out each month and Stepchange agreed a payment amount equalling what was left over. They took over my debts and contacted all the relevant companies to arrange a payment. The stress was limited immediately and 1 year on I was able to renew my plan even though I had to increase outgoing s. The staff are very considerate and non judgemental when you speak to them.
