I first contacted StepChange in 2020 - right after covid hit. Everyone I've spoken to at every step (no pun intended) of the way have been kind, supportive and non-judgemental. When completing your expense forms, they won't treat you harshly or question your habits, but they will be fantastically supportive and helpful. StepChange suggested I did an IVA, but for various reasons I didn't want to do that - the choice was mine and I wasn't forced into doing anything I didn't want to. StepChange have been fantastic for managing my debts and would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
