From the first phone call with StepChange, the staff...

From the first phone call with StepChange, the staff were brilliant. They did not judge at all. They were extremely understanding and genuinely had my best interests at their core. They were so informative and explained all options carefully and stress free. They truly supported what was best and most viable for me. Genuinely caring and non-judgmental.

Stepchange were so caring and non judgmental when I first made contact. I was really worried about my situation and felt completely relieved, in control and optimistic for the future having had the advice and a plan drawn up by them. Honestly, I feel so glad and grateful for their help and assistance, knowing that should anything in my circumstances change, they are there to help me find a solution. Cannot recommend enough.
