Genuinely caring and non-judgmental.

Stepchange were so caring and non judgmental when I first made contact. I was really worried about my situation and felt completely relieved, in control and optimistic for the future having had the advice and a plan drawn up by them. Honestly, I feel so glad and grateful for their help and assistance, knowing that should anything in my circumstances change, they are there to help me find a solution. Cannot recommend enough.
