Great Service- No Interest on instalments.

So far so good. I just love that you can pay for purchases in 3 installments.. It makes some purchases more accessible and with no interest added when you pay on time. Reviewed on: 14th June 2024

I had never heard of Stepchange until I needed them.

I had never heard of Stepchange until I needed them. One of the credit card companies put me on to them. At first I was reluctant as I just like to deal with things myself. Also I thought a third party would just complicate things. How wrong was I. Got in touch with them - excellent service. It was such an easy process from start to finish. The burden that I did not know I was carrying was lifted. I would rate Stepchange 20 out of 10. If you find yourself in debt and struggling, there is really no need for you to worry. Stepchange takes all that away. They ask for information from me. I provided them with the information and that was it. Magic - They negotiate with banks or credit card companies an affordable repayment which suits both the client and relevant companies. Don't think about it - Just Do It.
