Able to breathe again!

I had too much credit card debt across many lenders. I gave the call centre a call and spoke to a member of staff who listened and then gave me a list of options to choose from. There was no pushing towards a particular resolution and the consequences of each were made clear. Once I had decided the "joining" was easy and my creditors stopped contacting me. The regular reminders to review my outgoings is also made easy, so important in the current economic climate. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Peace of mind!!

From helping to calculate a liveable budget, to peace of mind from not being chased by creditors, StepChange have been fantastic.
