They took my stress away.

They took my stress away. I was very nervous about reaching out to someone. I honestly thought things would get so worse with companies putting pressure on me. But Step Change took it all for me. It has been a completely stress free experience. If anyone is reading this and is worried, please dont be. Get the ball rolling as soon as you can. You will quickly realise that it’s actually not as bad as you think it is. There is help. You have just got to let them know. I absolutely recommend them to anyone in financial difficulty. You can do it all online as well if you do not want to talk to anyone. Words are not enough to explain how great they have been and the assistance given to get me back on track. Life changers.

I cannot fault step change in anyway. They have got it exactly right. Great service, support, ease of set up, updates etc. I was in a bad place with money and I dreaded asking for help. I was embarrassed to be honest. I was also at my wits end and sinking. The whole process was simple to set up. The ongoing support has been perfect and hassle free. I am still in debt but now have breathing space and I can see an end. If you are reading this and are unsure, please don’t waste anymore time. Take the plunge and make contact.
