Step Change give fantastic support in a time of need.

Due to unpredictable circumstances back in 2010 we found ourselves unable to meet our financial obligations after we had used up our savings to try and keep our family business going. After many sleepless nights and stress levels through the roof we were advised to contact Step Change for advice and support. We quickly became a client of Step Change who took on the responsibility of contacting the creditors we owed money to and agreed a manageable amount to be paid each month to try and get back on a firmer footing. All threatening letters and phone calls ceased immediately and sleep improved and stress went down. We are constantly reviewing the amount we can pay on a monthly basis which can both go up and down depending on circumstances. Step Change has been a vital part of a now manageable situation.
