Simply lovely

Very simple and straightforward application process and funds in my account almost immediately. Superb service and easy to manage loan over the borrowing period. Regular updates as well with options available to pay off the loan early. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

Stepchange helped me through a very traumatic time in my life. I had bills to pay, a sick child and a wife that had to leave her job to look after our child which suddenly blew a huge hole in our finances. I could not sleep at night, tried getting another job and eventually got to a place where I contemplated horrible thoughts about ending it all. I do not even remember how I found Stepchange but I did and they supported me through the darkest moment in my adult life. Put a plan together and got on top of my debts and I could finally breathe again. They have made a huge difference in my life and truth be told, probably saved it. Pulled out of the abyss

I was in a very horrible financial situation with escalating debts and interests with no solution in sight. I had a significant illness in the family with one my children and over extended myself to get to the solution to her medical problem. After understanding the prognosis, my wife also had to stop working to look after her which left us in a huge mess financially. I had nowhere else to go and no opportunity to even restructure the debts I had. I luckily found Stepchange online and they were a godsend. They have helped me budget, plan and control my debts and I am in a much better place mentally. I am grateful for all the support that was given to me and Stepchange save lives.
