Review of the Vanquis, Credit builder credit card:

A review which has been kept for several years

Dear Vanquis Team, I’ve been using Vanquis since I was a student. Back in that time as an international student, I was not eligible for many credit card providers. Fortunately my application for Vanquis got approved and I initially had £500 credit. Because I’ve always been using it sensibly, my credit limit increased a few times in the first few years. It helped me a lot as I did not have much savings as a student. Now I’ve been working nearly 4 years and my limit has increased to £5000. My credit score is excellent because they are able to track my credit history with Vanquis, which is a huge benefit that I was not aware. In the past 7/8 years, I’ve lost my credit cards twice and it got stolen once. The customer service line is always easy to get through and new card is issued very quickly, usually get it in a week time. I also had a scam once which eventually was refunded back to me with the help of Vanquis. Every-time when I get through a manager they come across very polite and helpful. I could not remember how many people I’ve recommended Vanquis for! Im writing this review as I genuinely want to thank all the team members from Vanquis. You’ve done an amazing job! Thank you for accepting my application in the first place. Since I started working - I got lots of credit card providers reached out for credit card registration, but I’ve never changed and never thought about changing. It’s like a friend who helped you out when you were down! When you are doing well, you’d never forget about them and always feel grateful!
