A win, win for both parties.

Having a Vanguis card has or should I say helping me manage my money better. Whilst thier interest rates are high they're not widely high and so it focuses you to live within your budget. With it also being a credit and not a debit card (which is equally as good) it gives you that added consumer protection tat a debit card doesn't. And so when considering those more expensive purchases you know you have the added insurance so to speak. And finally they allow those such as my self the opportunity to address their bad credit rating, by allowing you to sign up taking the risk, (but entrusting you to abide by the T&Cs) to use the card sensible adult to stay within your means, pay off the bill as ASAP, whilst acting as a guarantor to improve your credit rating. A win, win for both parties, in that they retain a loyal customer and the customer well has a avenue to a better credit rating... Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
