Having made use of the services that Step Change offer for a period of time I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking debt advice or guidance around financial issues. They act in an impartial manner and offer advice that is bespoke to each person and not simply an off the shelf approach. The customer service is outstanding and the flexibility with the annual review for the DMP means that life changes can be dealt with without causing further issues. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026
