When you cannot sleep at night

When you cannot sleep at night because you do not know how to get out of sinking debt, be brave and call Step change who will guide through the rough to sleeping again, I DID. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

I did not sleep at night.

When I first contacted Step change I did not sleep at night, worried myself, too many crazy thoughts, what was life all about. Credit cards were my down fall, a divorce, no work, no money , well live on credit cards. Spoke to Step change two phone calls, listened to them, started a repaymeny plan, and ever since still paying, but now sleep, answer the phone, live a normal life Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
