When I found out a year ago, that money had been taken from my credit card, without my knowledge, I phoned customer service And they were amazing, and within a couple of weeks, they had reimbursed me for all the money that had been taken Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Great customer service

I recently had to telephone Vanquis, as there were transactions on my card that I had not authorised. They were amazing and refunded me within one week sent me a new card and made sure everything was good. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
