I have used PayPal for many years and I always choose to pay through them with retailers wherever possible. I find them convenient and easy to use, also I enjoy the peace of mind they give me when making a purchase. I know I am covered in the event that there is a problem with a transaction made by me. I have had to use customer service recently regarding an issue with a purchase and I have found them to be very efficient and professional. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Lifesavers.

I have been with Stepchange for a number of years and I can honestly say that they saved my life. The stress from the debt I was in was overwhelming until the day I spoke to one of their advisors. All the stress and worry melted away and I actually breathed a sigh of relief once my initial chat was over. They have never judged me all they've done is assist me to becoming debt free. Fantastic people to talk to.

I have been a client for a number of years but I owed a lot of money. If it wasn't for the help and advise I've received from them I don't think I'd be alive today. All the advisers I have spoken to have been brilliant, they are always polite, efficient and above all professional and non judgemental.
