Very high interest rates and very low credit on the...

Very high interest rates and very low credit on the card, considering my other cards are in the £4000 region and Vanquis have kept mine at £500 for a couple of years. I don’t use Vanquis any more for these reasons. I do think you need to structure your business model differently. Fine to start of with these rates/limits for bad credit customers but things needs to change with their journey, or you will just lose them as a customer. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
