Very poor experience.

Very poor experience. I was invited to apply for a credit limit increase, which I did not particularly need, but decided to apply for as it may have been useful sometime in the future. I was then made to jump through hoops in terms of providing evidence of income, and then turned down with no explanation. A thorough waste of time for something I wasn't bothered about having in the first place! Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
