Simple and easy to use.

Simple and easy to use. Customer service always on hand to help or answer any question now big or small. Repayment method is really easy and the app is so much better than other credit cards that I use. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Long standing Vanquis customer

Had the card for many years, notifications are good, the help when they call is good too. They advise me to get below a certain amount when it’s near my limit - but also tell me ‘why’ they are telling me that information. This really helps someone like me who hasn’t a clue!
