Raised my interest rates 3 times in the space of 12...

Raised my interest rates 3 times in the space of 12 months. I believe this was because I had a high balance due and Vanquis were trying to capitalise on that, which is absolutely disgusting. I've paid off this card in full as a result of Vanquis' greed. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
