Excellent customer service and overall experience

Excellent customer service, ideal credit facility in difficult times, Vanquis seems to value and reward loyalty for remaining a customer, though interest rates to start out are high. That can come down as is my experience, which is nice when it happens. Website and online fucntionality is very user friendly, so it's easy to stay on top of things and manage your account. And whether you get through on the phone to customer service reps in the UK or in Vanquis' South Africa call centre, over many years I have found them to be helpful, professional and polite. And in recent years when I had to take a payment holiday - it was offered - it went smoothly, really helped, and Vanquis were great throughout. And when I started my journey my credit score was in the poor segment; it's now at the top of the Good segment, i.e. almost excellent. All in all, I'd recommend Vanquis as a card to rebuild your credit. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
