I like the support you give to customers who have me...

I like the support you give to customers who have mental/physical issues and advice. Friendly people who work hard to help. I like the gold card services as they make it easier to get in touch with the company. I don't like how you can take away gold services for one missed payment and the people treat you different after this happens. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
