The staff have been so helpful in sorting out my financial problems after a failed marriage and having to find accommodation and herringbone debt. They are not at all judgemental and very helpful. Can't praise them enough. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026

The best thing I have done.

After separating from my partner I struggled to keep up with my payments. Stepchange staff have always been very helpful and never make me feel guilty. They always try to find the best way for the client to coped with debt. I am now over halfway through my payments schedule thanks to Stepchange. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
