Customer service overall is great but the additional...

Customer service overall is great but the additional costs (transaction fees) along with the monthly interest make paying for the card long and very difficult. Fortunately I'm in a position to pay at least the minimum fee monthly with this additional charge. When I ask about it I'm told by customer service 'not to use the card so much'. That said, when I was going through a very difficult time financially, vanquis put their trust in me and gave me a chance where no one else would. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
