It's All About the Custome

To apply for a Vanquis card was quick and easy. It is widely accepted and really helped me build my credit score. When I hit a few financial difficulties I phoned customer service with some trepidation but I need not have worried the agent was so kind and understanding helping me to sort everything out showing empathy and understanding. I am now back on track thanks to Vanquis. I feel that their ethos is it's all about the customer. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Caring and Understanding

Vanquis was quick and easy to apply for. Unfortunately I got into financial difficulty but I contacted Vanquis and their advisor was so understanding and helpful that it encouraged me to contact my other debts. Thanks to their understanding I am now on my way to clearing my debts and using my credit card responsibly. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
