Useless balance transfer offers

I wanted to transfer the balance of another credit card on to my Vanquis card I was told that I had to be offered this and as I did not owe on the card I couldn't get an offer The agent was unable to tell me what I needed to do to get the offer - how much I had to owe or over what period. Really unhelpful I have now closed the account Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
