I called as I had a scam call trying to get me to hand over a PIN number. I blocked my card straight away and obviously didn’t give the scammer any details. I call today as I was very anxious about it all and I had a question about a refund that I was expecting. The professionalism of your office was disappointing. It sounded like they were having a party, and the noise was so loud that I could hardly hear your representative. I came off the phone more stressed out than I was to begin with. I was in a very stressful situation and I called for help. I do not expect to have to listen to such loud background noise of people shouting, singing and laughing.
