Staff always helpful and polite when I have contacted them for any reason. Very little waiting on phone. Expensive interest charge but very comparative to other companies. Overall, having used Vanquis for a number of years, I am happy to continue to use their services. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

No problems experienced with Vanquis.

No problems experienced with Vanquis either in making payments on the card or in making payments to Vanquis. Occasionally have to use pin rather than tap and go which can be a little annoying. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
