I have been with Vanquis for about a year and have had a wonderful experience.The app is easy to use even for the tech illiterate like myself and customer services are friendly and deal with any problems you have straight away. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Zopa offer an easy app to navigate which for the older generation is wonderful.You can pay in and withdrawer from your smart saver very easily with clear instuctions that even someone that is tech illiterate can understand.if you have any problems then customer service is excellent and very helpful Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

I have been with Vanquis for over a year now and have found that the care they give to customers is excellent.They do not let you get into unwanted debt as they start your credit limit at a lower amount and monitor how you use your card before they will offer you an increase so that your not over stretching yourself.Its nice to have access to a little bit of credit incase of emergencies or you see that bargain you wouldnt be able to buy without a bit of credit.
