Vanquis vanquishes

I rarely need to contact Vanquis directly as the account runs itself day-to-day. Any security concerns raised with the card use are flagged quickly and usually are resolved instantly by text and/or Chip & PIN. When I have had to contact Vanquis in the past, they have been most helpful, professional and efficient. Sincerely hoping there is no repeat of the pandemic, I recall their help-by-text message system was excellent! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I have had nothing but great service from Vanquis.

I have had nothing but great service from Vanquis. There have been times when things haven't run smoothly but on each occasion, a human being has been available to talk to and sort things out. Answers are always provided clearly, security measures are taken carefully but not intrusively, and the general care I feel is something a lot of other banks and institutions could learn a lot from.
