Customer Focused

What makes any insurer great, is making a nasty experience painless. This applies to brokers as well as underwriters. After years with this company, I can say that human errors are rare, the company attitude is great, the culture is positive - never defensive. It is possible to build up mutual trust, almost impossible with lesser companies who love you when paying premiums, but confront you when you need customer service.
