The team always listens to suggestions.

The team always listens to suggestions. I made two and with a year they did both 1 made international payments easy and at cheaper rates 2 now able to deposit cash to the account. They a great customer service team who really know what they are doing they ask minimum question. Resolve the issue so much faster than any of of others I am dealing with Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Revolut is a great banking app.

Revolut is a great banking app. I am with it almost since its start. Revolut listens to people’s suggestions. I told I use Revolut for all transactions except for sending money to India. And Revolut listened added that feature and gave me better rates than transfer wise. I have contacted Revolut’s customer service few times and every single time I had lovely respectful and knowledgable executive who asked very few straight forward questions and resolved my issues within mins. I never experienced any long waits or for answers. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024
