Just fantastic!

I have found Stepchange in all honesty life changing. When I first made the call to them I did not know what to expect, but the person I spoke to was so helpful and non-judgemental. It really put my mind at ease. I have always found the people at the end of the phone so helpful and reassuring. Being in debt can feel so worrying and overwhelming and sometimes lonely and scary. It was really good to feel like someone was helping me make sense of everything and feel manageable. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of going to Stepchange to just do it. I would urge anyone who is struggling with debt to contact Stepchange. Due to Chronic illness and being unable work full time I ended up debt. They have really helped me without shame or blame, and helped ease a psychological burden. Reviewed on: 9th May 2024
