I approached stepchange for help as I was in debt and didn’t know what to do. I was very close to entering into a Iva With a private company when after speaking with stepchange I soon realised that this company was in fact going to leave me in more debt. stepchange took everything off my hands after just one phone call going through all my debts and expenditures.
