HOPE BEYOND

I WAS IN A TERRIBLE BLACK HOLE OF DEBT AND DEPRESSION.I WASN'T THINKING STRAIGHT,COULDN'T SLEEP AND WAS SPIRALLING INTO DISPAIR.I WAS HIDING ALL OF THIS FROM MY FAMILY.STEPCHANGE WAS A LIFEJACKET,I WAS TREATED WITH UNDERSTANDING AND WAS NOT MADE TO FEEL EMBARRASSED.A PLAN WAS DEVISED FOR ME WHICH I HAVE STUCK TO.FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MANY YEARS I WAS ABLE TO FOCUS ON OTHER THINGS.THE PRESSURE WAS OFF,OR AT LEAST MANAGEABLE AND THERE IS A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.ANYONE IN THIS SITUATION I WOULD ADVISE TO REACH OUT TO STEPCHANGE AND ASK FOR HELP,DON'T SUFFER,THERE IS HOPE. Life changing.

when I originally got in touch with step-change I was feeling at my lowest ebb,quite desperate,dangerously depressed.I cannot explain just how much they calmed the situation down,non judgementally sorted my finances out,and gave me back the ability to sleep.I can check my details online,keep in touch easily.I would certainly recommend them to others who are in my position.
