Eve McDowell

I would like to call out Eve McDowell who provided me with what I can only describe as the best banking experience I have ever had. And I work in a bank so I know what it is like! She is polite, professional, responsive and courteous and should be recognised at the highest level of your institution. Because of Eve, the Newbury has me for life.
