PayPal has been great for buyer protection since the early eBay days. The addition of PayPal credit has made them my first recommendation to anyone who needs to get a start on their credit history. They now have direct cards to use in stores which has been needed for a while and there's a points system which is good. Resolving any purchase issues goes well 9/10 times but there has been a couple disappointments if I had to dispute large companies like Microsoft Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Convenient and easy access , credit account was a good way to build my score with the permanent 4 months interest free on purchases above 100 Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
