A lifeline for those in debt

After losing my job in 2019 during the pandemic, I was not able to meet my monthly credit card and personal loan debt obligations. As a result I was being hounded by creditors and debt collection agencies. I approached Step Change, who contacted my creditors, arranged an interest freeze on my debt, and negotiated affordable monthly repayments on my behalf. This brought huge peace of mind, at no cost to me. I will forever be grateful to Step Change for the great service provided. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
