Very helpful and understanding. When I first got in contact with Payplan I couldn't face speaking over the phone with my anxiety and shame for getting into debt. It was very helpful that I was able to set up through chat. I couldn't recommend payplan enough. I feel in control now. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
