Payplan - It's not what's it's cracked up to be

Initial consultation was brilliant, contact from case handler regarding first payments great, but since then communication has been rubbish. The portal absolute is a complete waste of time, it's been rest for me Twice now and still doesn't work. I'm still receiving threatening letter from Banks when I was told this would change.
