Depressed and nervous

Was very depressed at my situation and nervous about needing and asking for help. The Payplan people I spoke to were kin, non judgemental, approachable, understanding and helpful. Put me at ease and gave reassuring and good advice. They were more helpful and sympathetic than I would ever have imagined but mostly they just provided a solution which was exactly what I needed.
