Understanding and helpful through the toughest time....

From the very start, the people dealing with me have been kind and understanding. When establishing the Payment Plan I was very down and distressed and their treatment of me was impeccable. I was particularly suicidal at the time and was very panicked about my situation and he helped me realise that with their support I could get through my debts and also assured me that it was all up from there on out. I still think about the advice today and it will stay with me for the rest of my life. They made me feel like I mattered and that's why I am so happy I chose to use PayPlan.
