Unable to log in to app so can't access account

Like many other people, I have tried to log in and keep getting that "This shouldn't have happened" message. I rang the bank and a very helpful person tried to get me logged in, then took me through clearing data, then adding my device, then deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing helped. She has sent my problem to the IT department and said it might take up to two days for them to contact me. This is extremely poor and frustrating. Reason enough to close my account when it matures and not open any more with Atom Bank. Disappointing. Reviewed on: 10th October 2018
