Was feeling desperate

Was feeling desperate, saw an ad somewhere & sent a message. Within ten minutes a very kind person rang and started the ball rolling. Follow up phone call, again a kind helpful person, went through my finances with me and we reached positive sustainable repayment amount. They have then taken care of everything, I have emailed across letters from my debtors when they came. Have had email correspondence from PayPlan confirming my debtors are on board & the repayment amounts agreed. The really positive thing for me is that in 3 years I will be debt free - there is definitely light at the end of this tunnel! Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
