DISHONEST

I took a 22k gold necklace to the G77 branch to sell. It weighed 10 grams. I was offered £80 for it. When I declined they increased it to £120, which I declined. I knew that the market value for scrap 22k gold was approx £27 per gram. They acknowledged that it was 22k and told me the price was £9 per gram. Oviously lies and I see that they obviously deceive many customers and should be reported! Reviewed on: 18th October 2018
