Payplan took the stress off my shoulder when I was struggling to make ends meet having opened a cafe just four weeks before the first pandemic lockdown. We lost thousands of pounds and ended up with huge debt. I felt I was drowning. They reorganised all my debt into manageable instalments which took away the fear of losing my home. My circumstances have changed numerous times since with my partner becoming seriously ill and having to stop working but through it all Payplan have continued to be a fantastic support reducing the stress in what would have been an impossible situation juggling caring, work and a large debt.
