Cannot recommend highly enough - make that call!

Struggling with debt and repeatedly trying to handle it myself had caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. This led to more debt as I tried to make myself feel better about it! Contacting StepChange and opening up to them really helped me from a mental perspective, and has helped me align what I pay back on a monthly basis. All agents I have spoken to have been fantastic; non-judgemental, empathetic and they all simply just want to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anybody who finds themselves in the situation I was. Mine was all self-inflicted, but again the agents' manner and professionalism breaks down the ego and pride element and helps you move forward and start to make a change. Reviewed on: 21st May 2024
